Wake Zone Maintenance agreement
The cost of the residential service plan is $150/yr and includes:
Priority Service: any maintenance agreement holder has priority service over non-agreement customers.
Repair Discounts: you will receive 10% off for all interior repairs. 10% discount applied when the invoice is paid in full at the time work is completed.
Extended Warranty: standard 12 month warranty extends to 18 months for all agreement customers.
Home Inspection: we'll perform a whole house plumbing inspection along with draining water heater. (Water heater must be 3 yrs or newer for first flushing.) Sewer camera inspection will be performed if access to sewer is available. This does not include a new cleanout cap or access fee if required. Video footage will be provided to homeowner.
This is a non-transferable and non-refundable plan and is only valid for the property address and owners listed. Valid from date of purchase and will auto renew annually. This plan does not include bid work for exterior work performed. Inspections are scheduled during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm).
